I was born in Sao Paulo - Brazil and began dancing when I was four years old. I trained as a classical ballet dancer at The Sao Paulo City Theatre Ballet School graduating with the highest honor in classical and modern dance techniques, and subsequently joined one of the best dance companies in Brazil; The Sao Paulo City Theatre Ballet whom I performed from 1994 to 2001.

She had the opportunity to work with many important international choreographers such as; Ohad Naharin, Ivonice Satie, Germaine Acogny, Gagik Ismailian, Vasco Wellemkamp, Rodrigo Pederneiras, Henrique Rodovalho, Sandro Borelli, Ana Mondine amongst others and toured to many countries such as: Brazil, Portugal, France, Austria, Israel, Germany and Switzerland.

In 2002 I moved to Europe and was employed by many important theatres in Germany and Austria such as the Mainfranken Theater Würzburg where I worked with Anna Vita, Youri Vàmos, Birgit Scherzer and Fernanda Guimarães. In 2006 I joined the company of the State Theatre Darmstadt and worked with Mei Hong Lin and Jochen Ulrich whom invited me to join the Landestheater Linz - Austria in 2008.

Early in my career I developed a wish to deepen my understanding about the body's physiology and anatomy, and parallel to my dance career I studied physiotherapy at the Bandeirantes University of São Paulo.

In 2010, having enjoyed a performing career of over 20 years as a professional ballet and contemporary dancer in Brazil and Europe I had the opportunity to develop my skills as a ballet teacher, assistant choreographer and as a massage therapist. During two years I travelled between Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and India.

I studied Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Foot Reflexology, Thai Mantra Herbal Compress and Thai Mantra Aroma Herbal Oil Massage at the International Massage Training School (Thailand) and Ayurveda Massage at Raso Vai Massage School (India).

I discovered the potential benefits of yoga and meditation practices for a healthy body and mind and realized the importance of unifying them with acupuncture and massage to share wellness, awareness and harmony between body and mind!

In 2012 the beautiful climate and the fascinating people made me decide to make Mallorca my home. I love it's Mediterranean energy, hospitality and happy way of life!
