Reservation Policies

You will be charged 30% regarding to reservation fee. Not refunded. in case of cancellation within less than 72 hours.

The remaining payment will be required 72 hours prior your appointment, for event or groups, via bank transfer or Bizum.

Cancellation Policies

Please understand that when you cancel or change your appointment with 72 hours notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time.

We respectfully ask that you provide us with maximum 72 hours notice of any cancellation or schedule changes. For a cancellation requests, under 48 hours, you will be charged 50% regarding the total fee and changes are under availability.

If the cancellation notice is with less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
